"Our private, non-profit organization was in need of reviewing and updating our Employee Handbook.  A representative from RCS, Chinh Nguyen, took on our project to assist us in meeting our need.  She facilitated an initial telephone consultation to gain an understanding of the purpose and needs of our organization and to gauge our expectations.  She also established a manageable project timeline.  "I contacted RCS about providing Emotional Intelligence training for the managers at my company. When they came on-site to discuss the particulars, I wasn’t quite sure what information to provide to allow for a realistic and thorough analysis of what we were really looking for. We were having some very specific challenges, both culturally and organizationally, and I wanted to be sure to address these issues. RCS knew exactly what they needed, and guided me through the whole process by asking questions that could help me illuminate them on the challenges we were having. They essentially conducted a root-cause analysis right on the spot and were even able to provide me with some new insight on some of these challenges! Only a few short days after our meeting, I received a 3-option quote for services completed by RCS, specifically geared towards tackling our challenges. After reviewing with my director and adjusting our budget, we responded to them with a desire to have a hybrid of 2 of the options. They returned with a new single quote that combined to two and totally fit within the budget we gave them. It was so apparent that RCS was much more concerned with helping our company than anything else, and truly made me feel that they put the customer first.    RCS’s services were concentrated, thorough, and tailor-fit for us, and the improvement we have seen has been remarkable!
