"MANA de San Diego is a non-profit organization working on a three-year strategic plan. One of the strategic plan goals is to improve staff structure and systems to support staff in meeting the goals of the organization and their professional development goals. HR operations and talent management was a gap that needed to be addressed. RCS Global Services' Co-Founder and Principal Consultant is a MANA member and former Board Member. She has been leading a small group of HR professional volunteers to design and develop our HR processes from scratch. "I contacted RCS about providing Emotional Intelligence training for the managers at my company. When they came on-site to discuss the particulars, I wasn’t quite sure what information to provide to allow for a realistic and thorough analysis of what we were really looking for.
